Q: How Long Does Delivery Usually Take?
A: Delivery usually takes between 2-3 days depending on how quickly your funds clear. Most funds clear almost instantly
however we do sometimes get cases of "E-Cheques" Which Take 10 Days.
Q.How much is Delivery?
A.Delivery is Free to addresses in Mainland England..
Q.Is there VAT on my item?
A.There is NO VAT on any of our items..
Q.Where do you deliver to?
A.We deliver to addresses in the UK Only for nothing.
Shipping to Northern Ireland is usually £90. Although it is reduced if 3 or more bikes are ordered..
We do not deliver anywhere else.
Q: Who is your Delivery Company?
A: We use TNT as our delivery company.
Q: What to do if i have a problem with delivery?
A: We have a consignment number for all deliveries so please contact us for this if your delivery has not arrived in 2-3
days.
Q: Is Delivery included?
A: Yes, Delivery is included in the price.
Q: Do You deliver on weekends?
A: No, We do not deliver on weekends as this is not a working day.
Q:What Happens if im not home?
A: If You are not home, TNT will usually leave a note that they have called, however, if you leave us a contact number
the driver will sometimes call us and we can then pass this on.

Q: What Type of Card do i have to use?
A: We Accept Almost All Major Credit Cards.
Q: Do i have to have a paypal account?
A: No, You dont have to have a paypal account, You can just enter your details and pay that way.
Q: How will i know if my purchase has been accepted.
A: You will recieve a reciept from paypal showing that your payment was successful

Q: I have a problem with my bike?
A: Depending on the kind of problem do the following things:
Parts Problem:
Contact your local bike dealership, they may be able to supply you with small nuts bolts and a few other parts.
If You need a part for a bike(Brake Pedal etc) Please contact us via email.
Bike Problem:
If Your Bike is not functioning properly try and get a mechanic to take a look or try taking it to someone who might know.
You could also look in the manual that is usually supllied with the bike.We will NOT be able to sort anything over the phone.
Q: What do i have to assemble on the bike?
A: On all of the fun bikes it is a very simple process.
There is 3 main things that need doing.
You have to put the front wheel on. This is a single bolt.
You have to lift the rear suspesion. This is a single bolt.
You have to put the handle bars on.
After that you must then check the bike over tightening all screws and cutting cable ties etc.
Q: How big are the bikes?
A: Most of the bikes are roughly the same size..
The stomp Fx110 14-12 seat Height is 750mm..
Q: Are the bikes manual?
A: Yes, All the bikes are manual unless otherwise stated.
